Discovery & Planning Meeting
At the discovery meeting, you do the talking. We want to hear your successes, problems, stumbling blocks, and long-term plans. Then, we will schedule a planning meeting to further define objectives, goals, and challenges to address in our work together. From this, we will formulate a creative brief for your review and approval.

Creative Brief
The creative brief defines the scope of work, goals, considerations and specifies the deadlines associated with each element to be created on your behalf.
Upon your approval of the creative brief, we will spend a few days considering the project parameters and objectives and begin the brainstorming process. Then, we’ll propose a research and strategy path that will further define where and how we can connect with your target market

Research and Strategy
Before we can know where to best apply our combined resources, we need to understand your customers and the competition. Whether it’s personally interviewing, online surveying or conducting focus groups, we gain insight by simply asking the right questions.
The information gathered will empower us to develop a strategic plan and initiate smart marketing decisions, while considering each media opportunity.

Creative Concepting
It’s time for show and tell. We’ll present our creative designs and story, demonstrating how they meet your objectives based on the quality input you provided and what we’ve learned in our work together
At various stages throughout this collaborative process, we will share the work-in-progress so that you can provide input through the final design.
Once we have your final stamp of approval, we follow the project every step of the way to its successful completion. Exceeding your expectations is our goal.
